Lentils forming World:Food Art of the month (Special on World Earth Day)

Today, on  Earth Day; I am sharing with you all a food art of mine with a message of Earth Day.
After choosing vegetables, fruits, breads and eggs for my food art; this time I have selected grain i.e. lentils for creating my food art that is being shared on a special occasion of Earth Day.Lentils forming World:Food Art of the month (Special on World Earth Day)
This food art is depicting a two-dimensional view of earth in the form of World Map made of different lentils showing different continents. It has got an ulterior thought of showing a unifying element of human’s body and our earth/world which is food that has been presented here in the form of lentils. Lentils: the protein, body building compounds of humans have been illustrated as whole world building material. Lentils forming World:Food Art of the month (Special on World Earth Day)
Besides food, other element that represents the commonness among sparsed humans of the world demarcated by boundaries, is our Earth (earth is what we all have in common-Wendell Berry), the ultimate creator of everything, even the provider of flora that is conferring us with our very own body building food. Everything has got its root directly or indirectly, twisted or twined link to Earth. It’s our Earth and our responsibility to save from natural imbalances that are being emerged due to adverse activities to nature. Keep a check on adverse activities harmful to environment. Save trees from cutting; plant trees; keep environment green, pollution free; recycle and reuse as possible. Let’s make the Earth clean and green.
Ending my post with a beautiful message quote
The wealth of the nation is its air, water, soil, forests, minerals, rivers, lakes, oceans, scenic beauty, wildlife habitats and biodiversity… that’s all there is. That’s the whole economy. That’s where all the economic activity and jobs come from. These biological systems are the sustaining wealth of the world.
— Gaylord Nelson
