Marinated Grilled Chicken legs


Hello lovely folks…..this post is going to be about healthy grilled chicken legs because I am on diet. Taking grilled chicken or chicken breasts help in shedding those extra kilos fast.

Marinating chicken gives it a nice yummy flavor and grilling makes it crunchy, juicy inside with earthy flavor.

Lets head on to the process and ingredients of it

Time Taken-For Preparation-2 hrs

For Grilling- 30 min

Servings-8

Ingredients-

Chicken legs-8

Yogurt- 2 tbsp

Chilli powder-1 tsp

Coriander Powder-2 tsp

Turmeric-1/2 tsp

Garam Masala-1/2 tsp

Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder-1 tsp

Ginger garlic Paste-2 tsp

Lemon juice-2 tsp

Salt=to taste or 1 tsp

Method-

1.Mark one or two slits in each legpiece

2,Mix everything with pieces and marinate. Refrigerate it for min two hrs or overnight as per your convenience,

3.Now take it out and in a greased tray line them and grill them on combi(grill micro) mode for 30 min ,turning once in between.

4. Take out and enjoy alone or with jeera rice.
