Hello everyone, this one going to be a healthy diet related recipe as I am into dieting I am not experimenting much with recipes having large fat or carb content. As Oats helps reducing flab, cholesterol and good for diet I have made its crepes/cheelas. Let’s get on to the recipe-
Time-For Preparation 10-15 min
For Cooking-5 min
Category- Main Course
Oats Atta/flour- 1/2 cup or you can grind quick Oats
Buttermilk-3/4 cup or 2tbsp of curd mixed in 1/2 cup of water
Baking soda-1/4 tsp
Capsicum-1/2 finely chopped
Tomato-1 medium finely chopped
Onion-1medium finely chopped
1. Mix semolina, Oats Atta and buttermilk well. It’s consistency should be a thick pouring consistency like of idli batter, if the mixture is too thick, add a little bit of water.
2. Add baking soda and mix well.
3.Now add chhoped veggies and mix.
4. Now heat a non stick pan and grease it.
5. Lower the flame and pour 2 ladleful of batter and spread in circle. Let it cook.
6.When the base side is golden brown flip gently and cook other side too. (As it is delicate flipping needs to done carefully otherwise it will breakdown).
7.Serve hot and enjoy with chutney/ sauce of your choice.
